If you choose to hold a puppy with a deposit, we have a Deposit Contract for your review and signature that explains the terms of the Deposit Agreement. We attach a Sales Contract to the Deposit Contract for your review and signature, also. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about these Contracts. This Deposit Contract is displayed here for your information. We will send you the Deposit and Sales Contracts for your use and signature.
Deposit Contract
First, we request a Buyer's name, address, phone numbers and email address.
Then is stated, "I/We have read the attached Sales Contract and fully understand the terms and conditions of both the Deposit and the Sales Contracts and the 72-hour guarantee. By signing this document and returning it with the deposit, I/we agree to purchase a puppy/dog from Sellers. I/We understand that a puppy/dog is considered to be available for sale until a signed deposit contract and a deposit payment of $200.00 (non-refundable) are received by the Sellers. The signed attached contract and the remainder of the purchase price of $ ________________ plus shipping costs of $ __________ must be received by the Sellers seven days before the puppy/dog is shipped. Acceptable forms of payment are: Paypal, Cash, United States Postal Service Money Orders, and personal checks (which will delay shipment by ten days, until the check is cleared through the banks). No variations are accepted unless in writing, agreed upon and signed by both Buyer(s) and Sellers."
Then we all sign and date the Deposit Contract. A copy is sent to the buyer.
